How do I return an item?
If you change your mind, you may return any unwanted items. Please ensure that all returned items are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Return Form
You can return your goods using our return form or through any delivery service. To use our return form:
• Right-click on the form and save the image.
• Print and fill out the form.
• Attach the completed form to your return parcel.
Please note that there is an upfront cost of £3–£5 for returns, depending on the delivery service option you choose.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 21 days from the shipping date of your order.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they arrive at our warehouse. If you need a different size or colour, please place a new order.
Can I return multiple orders at the same time?
No. Please return each order separately. Ensure you include any packaging that forms part of the goods along with a valid proof of purchase.
Do you offer free returns?
We do not offer free returns. However, we have several options available for returning your item. You can purchase a return label at competitive rates through Royal Mail, which includes tracking and insurance.
Are there any items I cannot return?
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of underwear and swimwear if they have not been used and if the packaging is unopened and undamaged.
What happens if my return goes missing?
Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Please pack your items securely to prevent any damage during transit.
